There is a separate launching dock around the lake (out of sight) where their paddling customers launch from. On the lake you may encounter their customers test-paddling their boats or enjoying a kayak or canoe lesson. Don't be shy... get out on the water and have some fun too! Or sign-up for a lesson yourself.
There are four small, private campsites that the Canoe & Kayak Centre operate on the property. These campsites are out of sight from Penner cabin (about 200-300 metres behind the cabin). These are NOT public campsites. These campsites are sometimes used by their customers who are travelling a long distance to take a workshop or purchase a boat. They are not used on a regular basis. We ask that our guests please respect the privacy of these guests while also respecting that our dock and picnic area is a shared space and may be used by these guests occasionally. NOTE: If you are looking for a completely private cabin experience, please consider booking our Mason or Auburn cabins.
