Cabinscape Cabins are off-grid, solar-powered and ecologically sound tiny cabins on wheels. Cabins are located in private and secluded environments with varying levels of remoteness. All cabins come equipped with backup generators for additional power when solar energy is limited. Guests are responsible for their own safety and are expected to have basic wilderness skills. Guests should feel comfortable operating a generator (if needed). A House Manual is provided in each cabin with detailed instructions on cabin systems. Cabinscape is not liable for bodily injury (including death) or damage to personal property due to exposure to inclement weather or rugged settings. Refunds will not be issued for environmental factors such as bugs, critters, wildlife or inclement weather.

All gift certificate purchases made on Cabinscape’s online shop are non-refundable. The value of a gift certificate code cannot be retroactively applied to an existing reservation and must be used during the booking process on our website to be applied. If you have questions about how to use your gift certificate, please consult us at bookings@cabinscape.com prior to booking.

Guests agree to use the Property for personal vacation use only. There shall be no camping, tenting or other auxiliary accommodation on the Property without prior written authorization. No person under the age of nineteen (19) years is allowed on the Property unless such person is accompanied by a parent or guardian.

The number of persons present (including adults and children) overnight or during the day shall not exceed the maximum number indicated on your booking. If a guest violates this provision, they will be deemed to have committed a breach of this Agreement and may be asked to vacate the Property (without refund) or charged an Additional Guest Fee of $25/per day.

Guests are welcome to bring up to two (2) dogs per booking to our Pet-Friendly cabins. Dogs must be indicated on the original booking and guests will be charged a pet fee of $25/per night. Bringing a pet on the property without prior authorization and payment is considered a breach of this Agreement and guests may be asked to vacate the Property (without refund) or charged a Pet Fee of $25/per day. Guests must bring extra blankets (or a dog bed) for their dog to sleep on. Dogs are not allowed on our bedding and couch cushions. All litter must be cleaned up immediately and taken home upon departure. Guests are liable for their dog and responsible for their dog’s safety in the woods. All guests must be aware that dogs may have occupied the cabin previous to their own stay. Cabinscape takes no responsibility for conditions arising from allergies at any cabin. Pets other than dogs are not permitted in the cabins.

Cabins are thoroughly cleaned before each arrival. Guests agree to clean the Cabin prior to their departure, remove their own garbage and recycling and generally leave the Property in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found.

Personal items found at Cabinscape cabins will be stored in a secure location for up to 14 days. It is the responsibility of the item owner to contact Cabinscape as soon as possible to retrieve any items left or lost at the cabin. Guests who are missing items can contact us at bookings@cabinscape.com.

It is the responsibility of the item owner to pay the cost of shipping to return the item, as well as a $15-$25 handling fee (dependent on cabin location).

Please be aware that Cabinscape takes no responsibility for the care of personal items left at our cabin and is not responsible for any items mishandled, lost or damaged in the shipping process.

There is one cabin key available in a lock box at each cabin. It is recommended that guests leave the key in the lock box throughout their stay. If the key is missing from the lock box after a guest checks out or if a guest loses the key during their stay, the guest will be charged a $50 key replacement fee.

Each cabin includes access to a fire pit and dousing bucket. Fires are to be contained to designated areas. It is the guest’s responsibility to practice fire safety and follow appropriate fire advisories for the area. Cabinscape shall not be liable for any fines or charges resulting from guest activities. Guests shall be held financially responsible for any costs incurred for activities taking place over the course of their stay.

Smoking is prohibited inside the cabin. Guests must clean up all cigarette butts from the Property and responsibly dispose of them in the garbage.

In making your booking with Cabincsape, you take full responsibility for the safety and health of any guest you bring to the cabin. Cabinscape shall not be liable for any accident, medical incident or any direct or indirect damages caused to yourself or any visitors as a consequence of use. This includes damages, insurance, loss due to fire, theft, and misconduct.

I acknowledge that emergency vehicles may not be able to access the cabin.
