Woodrush cabin is located on a magnificent 230 acre property overlooking a sparkling blue, spring-fed lake (the result of a former limestone quarry). This incredibly unique and otherworldly landscape is just 1.5 hours from Toronto and will soon be the site of our long-awaited Cabinscape Camp: Kawarthas.

By fall 2021, this pristine lake will be home to 5 lakeside cabins, each on its own big, beautiful and secluded lot – with dreamy desert-like vistas. More cabins will be added to the meadows and forested grounds next summer, along with a sheltered lakeside pavilion for meals and gatherings, and a large communal shore dock.

This summer, we are launching a handful of these cabins to take advantage of this truly epic location. Woodrush cabin is one of the first of our Kawartha fleet! All lakeside cabins are identical in design and come with their own fire pit, paddle board, BBQ, picnic table, two Muskoka chairs, and a private dock at the water’s edge.

Due to the realities of this site and the safety risks involved, unfortunately children under the age of 13 are not permitted at this location. Pets are also not permitted here.

The resort offers limitless seasonal activities like snowboarding, paddling, tennis, a public beach, golf course, spa and two on-site restaurants.

Located away from the main resort on a secluded part of the property, all three cabins are identical in design and come with their own fire pit, BBQ and picnic table. Each cabin is located about 200-300 metres apart from its neighbour on its own forested lot. These cabins are ideal for guests who prefer to be close to amenities with access to lots of outdoor activities.
