Named after our favourite Canadian kids’ TV show in the 90’s: Fred Penner’s Place, this remote wilderness retreat is located in Haliburton, Ontario, nestled in the heart of the Ontario Highlands. The cabin overlooks a small paddling lake that offers expansive east and west facing views (without a cottage in site!). Watch the sunrise or sunset from your private dock, paddle, fish, or access snowmobiling trails right out your front door.

As part of our partnership with Haliburton Forest & Wild Life Reserve, our guests have access to 100,000 acres of wilderness for each day of their stay. Enjoy over 400km of hiking & mountain biking trails right from your cabin starting in April through to November, or purchase a snowmobile pass once the snow falls to access these unique, professionally groomed trails throughout the winter months.
