At CABINSCAPE, we make choosing your stay easy. Our cabins are ranked by remoteness — Low, Medium, or High — so you can select the experience that best matches your adventure style.

High Remote
Best suited for guests comfortable being alone in the wilderness with some backcountry experience. These cabins are the most isolated and often require AWD or 4WD access along rugged, off-the-beaten-path roads.

Medium Remote
A balanced option offering privacy and immersion in nature, without being as remote or difficult to access as our High Remote cabins.

Low Remote
Still private, but closer to towns and local amenities. These locations are easier to access and most are suitable for standard front-wheel-drive vehicles.

Our standard cancellation policy is in effect. Any guests who have traveled outside of Canada in the past 14 days, have been in contact with infected individuals, or who are showing symptoms of the COVID-19 virus must reschedule or cancel their visit. If you are no longer able to make your booking or feel you are at risk for transmission, please contact us at bookings@cabinscape.com.

To ensure your safety and the safety of the local communities around our cabins, we strongly advise you to gas up and do ALL your shopping BEFORE arriving, and to always wear a mask if visiting  local establishments during your visit.

These are the following safety measures we are taking  to ensure your health and safety:

1: Rescheduling At Risk Guests:
Any guests who have traveled outside of Canada within 14 days of their visit, have been in contact with infected individuals, or who are showing symptoms of the COVID-19 virus should contact us to reschedule or cancel their visit.

2: Intensified Cleaning Protocol
– Our cleaners have intensified cleaning procedures to ensure all surfaces are thoroughly wiped down with disinfectant cleaner
– We are removing sponges and using disposable wash cloths moving forward. While we do not like to contribute to disposable waste, we feel this is a necessary precaution.

3: Following Authorities Recommendations
-We are keeping a close eye on recommendations for health and safety and will adjust our plans accordingly as the situation evolves.

THIS ACTIVITY WAIVER & RELEASE (this “Agreement”)

BETWEEN:

Cabinscape Inc. of 378 Lumsden Ave, Toronto, ON, M4C 2L7
(the “Activity Provider”)

IN CONSIDERATION OF the covenants and agreements contained in this Agreement and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties to this Agreement agree as follows:

Consideration
Being of lawful age and in consideration of being permitted to participate in the activity described below, the Participant releases and forever discharges the Activity Provider, its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, assigns, legal representatives and successors from all manner of actions, causes of action, debts, accounts, bonds, contracts, claims and demands for or by reason of any injury to person or property, including injury resulting in the death of the Participant, which has been or may be sustained as a consequence of the Participant’s participation in the activity described below, and not withstanding that such damage, loss or injury may have been caused solely or partly by the negligence of the Activity Provider.
The Participant understands that the Participant would not be permitted to participate in the activity described below unless the Participant signed this Agreement.

Details of Activity
The Participant will participate in the following activity: Back Country Cabin Visit.

Concurrent Release
The Participant acknowledges that this Agreement is given with the express intention of effecting the extinguishment of certain obligations owed to the Participant and with the intention of binding the Participant’s spouse, heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives and assigns.

Fitness to Participate
The Participant acknowledges that the Participant does not have any physical limitations, medical ailments, physical or mental disabilities that would limit or prevent the Participant from participating in the above mentioned activity. If required, the Participant will obtain a medical examination and clearance.

Full and Final Settlement
The Participant hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Participant has carefully read this Agreement, that the Participant fully understands the same, and that the Participant is freely and voluntarily executing the same.
The Participant understands that by signing this Agreement, the Participant agrees to be forever prevented from suing or otherwise claiming against the Activity Provider for any property loss or personal injury that the Participant may sustain while participating in or preparing for the above noted activity.
The Participant has been given the opportunity and has been encouraged to seek independent legal advice prior to signing this Agreement.
This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties to this Agreement and the terms of this Agreement are contractual and not a mere recital.

Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario.
