Cottage Life – Contest

1. CONTEST PERIOD:
The Cabinscape Inc. Giveaway (the “Contest”) begins on March 20 at 9am, Eastern Time (ET) and ends on April 13th at 11pm ET (the “Contest Period”).

2. ELIGIBILITY:
The Contest is open to legal residents of Ontario who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, or agents of Cabinscape Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to enter.

3. HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the Contest, participants must sign up via the designated email form on the Cabinscape Inc. website during the Contest Period. One (1) entry per person is permitted. No purchase is necessary to enter. By entering, participants agree to be opted in to email newsletter communications from Wildscape Co and Cabinscape Inc. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.

4. PRIZE:
One (1) winner will receive a two-night cabin stay at a Cabinscape location of their choice, subject to availability, with an approximate value of $550 CAD. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be exchanged or substituted except at Cabinscape Inc.’s sole discretion.

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION:
The winner will be selected in a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The draw will take place on Monday, March 24th at 10am ET. The selected entrant will be contacted via the email address provided at entry and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

6. CONDITIONS:
By entering the Contest, participants agree to:

• Abide by these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of Cabinscape Inc., which are final.
• Grant Cabinscape Inc. permission to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
• Release and hold harmless Cabinscape Inc. and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation or prize use.

7. PRIVACY:
Personal information collected will only be used for contest administration and in accordance with Cabinscape Inc.’s privacy policy.

8. GENERAL:
Cabinscape Inc. reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest in the event of technical issues, fraud, or any other factor beyond its control that impairs the Contest’s integrity. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.

9. GOVERNING LAW:
This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
